Carol McCloud, a.k.a. the "Bucket Lady", has captivated all ages and encouraged them to become daily bucket fillers since her first book, Have You Filled a Bucket Today? A Guide to Daily Happiness for Kids, was published in 2006. Carol is an early childhood specialist, award-winning author, popular speaker, and president of Bucket Fillers, Inc.

Karen Wells has a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology, with a specialization in Child and Adolescent Treatment. She has been a mental health clinician and has taught parenting education to foster parents, incarcerated females and court-ordered families dealing with custodial and behavioral issues. She currently teaches in the Child Development Program at Modesto Junior College in California.

Penny Weber is a full-time artist and illustrator from Long Island, New York. She attended the School of Visual Arts in New York and has worked in murals, greeting cards, portraits, and books.
