Stéphanie is also a registered dietitian at Extenso, the nutrition research center at Université de Montréal. That is the principal message she tries to convey in her books, at conferences and anywhere she is professionally involved. Stéphanie is especially interested in eating behavior, news in the field of nutrition, consumption and cuisine.
