As an American Urological Association Foundation Scholar, Dr. Ripoll researched genetic predisposition and the role of proto-oncogenes in the development of prostate cancer. Mark Saunders is a writer, editor, and 10-year cancer survivor. As an active surveillance prostate cancer patient, Mark did not receive traditional treatment like surgery or radiation.
