Mike Diehl currently lives in Cologne, Germany. He is a graduate trainer for performance sports as well as for health, fitness, and sports rehabilitation. He is a mental and relaxation trainer as well as a specialist for physical fitness and fitness at the Bundeswehr. Since 2008 he has been the fitness coach of the German Fed Cup team (women's national team in tennis). Diehl works as a fitness coach for the Tennis Association Mittelrhein. Diehl has been working for the Bundeswehr for 30 years, has been working as an elite soldier for many years, has trained in the special forces, and is still preparing his troops physically and mentally for their assignments.

Felix Grewe is a native of Hamburg, Germany, and still lives in the Hansestadt. He is a sports journalist and has worked for many years as a reporter for the trade tennis magazine MAGAZIN. He is a tennis and fitness specialist and also an expert in press and public relations and social media. Of course, he trains regularly using the methods of Mike Diehl.
